Portsoy and Beyond
During 2025 I have been working on a series of paintings and collages exploring the old harbour walls and buildings in Portsoy, Banff and Cullen. Some of this work is on show currently at the Banff Castle Cafe.
The mixed-media piece to the left was inspired by the view looking down from Barbank Street, to the stone warehouses and harbours in Portsoy.
The collage above, Coastal Village (2025) was inspired by studies of local seaside locations. This piece has recently been sold.
